Terms of Service

The service

Goaldinho is a platform for organizing amateur football clubs, leagues, and matches — scheduling matches, tracking standings, running MVP votes, and managing subscriptions. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, or have a parent's or guardian's involvement if your country of residence sets a lower digital age of consent.

Subscriptions and billing

Some features — creating clubs beyond the free tier, creating leagues, and higher usage limits — require a paid subscription. Prices and plan limits are shown on the Billing page and may change; we'll show you the new price before you're charged it.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you chose (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page — your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and we don't provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a period.

Acceptable use

Don't use Goaldinho to harass or abuse other members, post false results or votes in bad faith, impersonate anyone, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Club and league organizers may ban members from their own club or league at their discretion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit (profile information, match descriptions, and similar). By submitting it, you give other members of your clubs and leagues — and us, to the extent needed to operate the service — the right to see and use it as intended by the app's features (for example, a match description is visible to that match's participants).

Intellectual property

The Goaldinho name, design, and code (aside from your own content) belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them outside normal use of the app.

Disclaimers

Goaldinho is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that match and standings data will always be accurate — organizers and players are responsible for what they enter. We're not responsible for what happens at your actual matches.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to Goaldinho is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it — for example, for our own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you're a consumer resident in the EU, you also keep the protections of the mandatory law of your own country of residence, and can bring proceedings in your local courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; we'll update the "last updated" date when we do, and continued use of Goaldinho after a change means you accept the update.
